Crispy Potato Quiche
Ingredients
- 1 pkg 24 oz. Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes
- 1/2 cup Melted Butter
- 1 cup Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Swiss Cheese
- 1 cup Diced Cooked Ham
- 1/2 cup Half and Half
- 3 Eggs
- 1/4 tsp Seasoned Salt
Directions
Press potatoes into a 10 inch pie dish (press as much moisture out of potatoes as possible. Brush melted butter on crust including the edges. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle cheeses on crust bottom, then the ham. Mix the cream, seasoning salt and eggs and beat well. Pour over the cheese and ham. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Yields 6 pie shaped slices.
