Breakfast Sausage Cupcakes
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Ground Sausage or Chopped Bacon
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 2 cups Frozen Hash Browns
- 2 cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 1 8oz. Bottle Ranch Dressing
Directions
Brown meat and onion. Add hash browns, eggs, cheese and Ranch dressing and mix well. Bake in greased (I use Pam) muffin tins at 350 degree F. for 20 – 30 minutes. Makes 2 Dozen. Recipe can be halved.
