Chicken on the Ritz

Summer Creek Inn Bed and Breakfast

Ingredients
  • 5 Cooked Chicken Breasts - Cubed
  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 Can Sliced Water Chestnuts
  • 8 ozes Sour Cream
  • 1 Small Onion, Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Celery
  • 1 10 oz. Box Ritz Crackers

Directions:

Melt butter and mix with Ritz crackers. Press half of crackers mixture in a greased 9″ x 13″ pan. Set remainder aside to use as a topping. In a bowl, mix the chicken, celery, soups, water chestnuts and sour cream. Spoon chicken mixture over cracker crust. Sprinkle the remainder or cracker mixture on top of chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
